The only complaints I have with this dealership is two things. You need more great finance managers like victor. Our wait time was extremely long partly due to more than just us buying a car. The other thing is training of new employees on giving great customer service. When we walked in, Jim, my husband and I had just sat down when this other sales man came up and interrupted Jim about a different customer. Jim had to apologize for him. My husband and I almost walked out when that sales man came up, but Jim’s so sweet it was just hard not to want to hear him out. And we are glad we did. Jim took the time to get a selection of new and used cars for us to look at. He didn’t care how much time he was taking, he wanted to make the right sale for us, not his pocket book. He gave us things to think about over the weekend and was right there ready to get the process going when we came back to do the deal. Thank you Jim and Victor for your commitment to your customers. We weren't having much luck finding what we wanted with other dealerships. We dropped by Elhart one evening to look at a car that came up for sale on their website. It wasn't the same vehicle we had been looking for, but thought it might be something to explore as an alternative option. Not being overly impressed with that vehicle we went inside and spoke with someone about what it was we were looking for. Jeff DeNeff and Jim Harmon took down our information and found the type of vehicle we had been looking for within 1 day. It was a used vehicle, so there were expectedly a few minor cosmetic blemishes. Elhart made sure those blemishes were taken care of and also made sure we were 100% happy with the vehicle before making the purchase. Jim went above and beyond our level of expectation when it came to communication and walking us through the buying process. Victor Rivera, who works in financing, was great to work with as well. We worked at my speed, meaning they were very good at stopping when i had questions and or comments to listen and provide me a answer that i could understand. Jeff Schaap, my salesperson, was great at making feel like i was part of their team (this was my first sale on this side of campus - Nissan, as i have been on the Hyundae side before and treated great there too). And once Victor was done with me in the finance office, Jeff had the car cleaned, filled up, programmed the car to my phone adn then explained very well all the things i needed to know on remote starts, the great safe locking unlock system and the entertain/info features. The whole team was great. Totally recommend them and certainly use them the next time in need of a new/used vehicle. More
