Service advisor dismissive (I don't care attitude) Called the service department to have a TCM reprogrammed on a 2005 Nissan Frontier. I usually have this done for 1 hr. labor. When I informed him what I usually get billed for the same work at Glendale Nissan, he said, "take it back to Glendale Nissan, I am OK with that. Now I have to drive 20 extra miles just because he wouldn't double check his labor rates. More

They NEVER push service on me that I do not need (I'm a female) and at the end of every service they give me a inspection sheet that they looked over on my vehicle I have been to other Nissan dealerships and they do not all do this ! It's an amazing service they provide and the waitroom is clean offers coffee and water bottles plus tv and I believe wifi. Wish I could give this dealer more than 5 stars. Thank you ! More

Terrible Experience I opted to have a remote start installed and a protection package added to my new Rogue. I was told that the remote start would take a couple of days I opted to have a remote start installed and a protection package added to my new Rogue. I was told that the remote start would take a couple of days to install, and I should come back on Thursday of the following week (6/12/2014). I had no problems with this, I understand that it takes some time to install these items. I was told to come back on Saturday 06/14/2014 to get me car with my protection package and remote start installed. To my surprise, the person helping me at the time (Nicole Schoer) told me that "She forgot to ask for both keys to install the remote start, so I will need to keep your car until Monday). Extremely irritated, I let her know that was not possible, and we would need to schedule another time. We Scheduled a date of 6/17/2014 for me to drop my car back off. She apologized for the delay and assured me that "we will take of you for the inconvenience when you come back". I understood the mistake, despite my irritation with the issue, and began to drive home. Om my way home, I noticed my driver side mirror had severe scratches on it. I took pictures of the scotches, and called Nicole to let her know of the problem. She informed me she would take a look when I brought the car back Tuesday. I accepted that, and returned Tuesday. As I dropped of my car, she asked if I could leave it there until Thursday 6/19/2014, so that she could be there to personally look at the damage done to the mirror. I agreed, assuming that she was trying to make things right. I returned on Thursday to pick up my car, and the remote start had been installed (finally). when I asked about the mirror, Nicole told me she had to meet another customer, but would have a porter come and look at it. The porter came outside, and tried his best to clean the mirror, but we both knew a replacement was needed. I stayed at the dealer for another 30 minutes tracking down Nicole. I finally found her, and she came out with me to look at the mirror (wouldn't tis have already happened if you wanted to keep my car an extra day to personally oversee the damage?). She told me she will see if they can order the glass, walked back into the dealer, and wished me a good day. I was furious. I got nothing for my inconvenience, time I took from work, or aggravation. This situation was handled terribly, and I have not yet heard anything back about the damage. This will likely be the last new car I buy from Rosen after many previous sales. It is very disappointing to see this type of service being offered to customers. I would like to note that I worked with Matt Wagner on my sale. He is a phenomenal sales person, and I have always looked to him in my previous purchases, If I could rate him alone, It would be all excellent across the board. I hope that Matt gets all the recognition deserved, because he truly is great! More
Took my 2013 Altima SL for service. The vehicle was dirty, but flawless as it only has 7500k miles on it. The vehicle came out of service with a gouged rim. I was upset and after telling the Service Manager of my findings, he didn't believe me. I then asked him if he was calling me a LIAR and he nodded his head. Unbelievable!! I purchased one vehicle from the dealer in 2006. I on occasion return to get my vehicles serviced, but they always manage to botch the job up. Last time I took my 2010 Rogue in for service, I paid almost $500 for a scheduled service that wasn't completed. They mysteriously forgot to rotate my tires and inflate them properly and they also forgot to replace my windshield wipers. Nissan USA really needs to look into this dealership and provide them with some proper training. These guys are the frontline of the Nissan name and know nothing about customer service. You take your car in for servicing and don't expect to get it back with flaws that weren't there to begin with. Not happy at all! Although they claim not to have done the damage, they are replacing my front rim and provided my oil change and tire rotation at no cost. This really ruined my day and made me loose trust in my local Nissan dealer once again This is why I refuse to purchase another vehicle from these yahoos. Rosen Nissan, take some pointers from Muller Nissan in Highland Park. They treat their customer's with respect and return your car in excellent condition. More

The service did not even do a recall on the vehicle. Came home to find there was a letter for recall on fuel cap. Most dealership in the past, when you go for service look up to see if there is any recalls, not this dealership. Service sucks... More
I bought my car over two years ago at this dealership, which was an amazing experience. Lay Lumpkins really took care of me. The next morning I brought my car to the dealership. To order a lock would take time, but Mike from parts suggested that they take off the locks and just put lug nuts on in replacement, assuring me I would never have to go through this again. They did not have any of the parts to sell to me, which I started to panic, seeing that I was in a mega-hurry to get to work! However, the guys in the garage had a set of four, and they gave them to me at no charge!!!! I was shocked! Completely! ....And when they pulled my car around (only minutes later- mind you) -- MY CAR HAD A CAR WASH!!!! WOW! I will never buy a car anywhere else! More
