Transmission Replacement My 2013 Altima with 85000 miles stalled while driving. It used to judder a lot right from the time it hot 60000 miles. I towed it to Zeigler Nissan, My 2013 Altima with 85000 miles stalled while driving. It used to judder a lot right from the time it hot 60000 miles. I towed it to Zeigler Nissan, they were able to reproduce the problem and asked me to leave the vehicle for further inspection. I was given a new 2019 altima as a loaner. I got a call a couple of days later telling me that the transmission needs replacement and it would cost me about $5000. I refused and told about my experience with the other two nissans I have (all 3 have judder issues). My service adviser was Ron, he told me about the Nissan Goodwill program where NIsaan contributes a certain amount to the repairs depending on the overall mechanical health of the car. He contacted nissan corporate and was able to convince them to contribute 70% of the total cost. All this plus the trans replacement took a couple of weeks but in the end saved me a lot of money. Ron & Zeigler NIsaan are truly great professionals, I would definitely recommend them above anyone else. More

The maintenance is excellent and some of the mechanics have over 20 years experience and they can fix the quirks you get after 100,000 miles. The dealership is in a brand new facility so it is completely ok to wait for the shot service needs and be in a comfortable lounge. The customer service is excellent and more than once I have had a complex issue explained in detail and it is best to have that dealership experience when the mechanics troubleshoot the problem. More

Great service Had a problem with ac cooling fan along with a transmission issue. Brought it in to have it checked and plan for service another day. Was greeted right away by Ron and said they were backed up and that he had a loaner which I could use . He later called and said the fan needed to be replaced along with the valve body for the transmission. He said they had both parts in stock and would be able to start that day and finish the next.
