I dropped my car off for a tire rotation and after receiving my car I noticed that all my rims where scuffed up by someone who was careless working on my car. I have a Nissan Sentra midnight so I have receiving my car I noticed that all my rims where scuffed up by someone who was careless working on my car. I have a Nissan Sentra midnight so I have the all black out rim. I call them and told them about it being all scuffed up and they told me to bring back in the car for a detailer to fix it. After going back to pick up my car I had front end damage on my car and my rim look like someone didn’t know how to touch up paint. My front end of my car now has chipped paint and paint peeling. Not only did this happen but when I took the car in for an oil change my driver side door got hit and now I have a dent and missing paint. I have left multiple voice mail there and no one has responded to me. I can’t believe a company can do this to someone car and do nothing about it. More

Prompt service. At cashier my credit card declined but showed up as a charge at Morgan Stanley. I used a different card to pay the bill. Victoria (in April) and Tim (recently) were very friendly very professional during these visits. I was in a pinch for time back in April and Victoria was very helpful and made sure my vehicle needs were me very professional during these visits.
