Service for my complaints was outstanding and explanation was thorough. I would have rated it with 5 stars but...I discovered a new problem on my return from the service. Since this service my LoJack system was thorough. I would have rated it with 5 stars but...I discovered a new problem on my return from the service. Since this service my LoJack system appears to be locked on the dealers location regardless of the car's actual physical location. It seems like there was a disconnect? Will be reconnecting with service for a resolution. More
