Efficient, fast communication. I appreciate the text updates and the quick turnaround for the unplanned service. I appreciate the text updates and the quick turnaround for the unplanned service. More

Overall, my experience was slightly disappointing for what I expect at a dealership. Everyone was friendly enough, however, I was left wanting more from my experience. I was only going in for an oil chan what I expect at a dealership. Everyone was friendly enough, however, I was left wanting more from my experience. I was only going in for an oil change. My first one, on my brand new car. I had asked for a car wash and the person said that wouldn’t be a problem and gave me a time frame of about 45-50 minutes and asked if that would be ok. I said that would be fine and asked where I could wait. At the 60 minute mark I wondered what was taking longer than expected and thought maybe it was the car wash. No one had come out to say anything so I just hoped nothing was wrong with my car. It was almost 75 minutes before I was told my car was finished with no updates in between or an apology for the delay. When I saw my car, it looked like maybe it had been rinsed off but there was obvious bird poop still stuck in my rear window and side passenger window. I shrugged and got in my car and left. As soon as I started driving the alert that my windshield wiper fluid was low popped up. Admittedly, I should have also reported that at check in, but I have never had to ask for that in the past and assumed during inspection that it would be topped off. I have taken my cars to other mechanics and even an occasional jiffy lube type establishment and had better overall service. I’m sure the oil change was completed well, and am not too concerned about that. As I said, the overall experience was less than what I would expect at a dealership. More
