The staff is professional and courteous. However, the main issue that brought me to the dealership hasn't been resolved. I have airbag light that will not go off. After my last visit and review, I received an immediate call from the service manager and was asked to leave the car for the service (to address the blind spot issue). I left the car and received Nissan-Ro call from the service manager and was asked to leave the car for the service (to address the blind spot issue). I left the car and received Nissan-Rogue, which helped me to continue my work/family commutations during the kicks absence. In a couple of weeks, they were able to fix the issue. I see the blind spot issue is resolved and will return to Zeigler for my next service and continue further. As the car was under an extended warranty, I paid $100 and the rest (over $2500) was covered under the warranty. Luis, special thanks to him for the work updates... Thank you, Zeigler, for taking care of my car. More
