This dealership takes advantage of its customers. This dealership lied to me about my rear break pads saying it had “0mm” pad left. Which I didn’t fully understand because there was no sound coming f This dealership lied to me about my rear break pads saying it had “0mm” pad left. Which I didn’t fully understand because there was no sound coming from it. I also know dealerships charge 4 times the amount. I said no, then I had my dad look at it. We found that there was a lot of pad left. I’m a young woman and this dealership was trying to take advantage of me. I went to the dealership April 12th. More

Danny Talavera is always polite and welcoming. He listens to the reason for my visit and lets me know where the coffee and waiting area is. At my last visit, besides the oil and filter change and tire rotation, Danny recommended a couple additional filter changes and a brake fluid change. I did as he recommended. I told him I was taking a long driving trip in the near future and he made me feel reassured this maintenance work would make me feel more comfortable. It's always a pleasure to see Danny when I come in for service. I give him the highest marks. Thanks you! More
