That was a deal breaker for me My husband went right to work sensing my disappointment and found Sean Liddy, he was very impressed with Mr. Liddy in that not only did he have the car for us to look at in the color we wanted but he made himself available to us for questions before we had even gone to the lot. The next day we went to see the Juke in bronze and it turns out i did not care for the color on this vehicle, Mr Liddy showed us all the color he had on the lot and when I picked the graphite blue he pulled it up to the bronze so I could see them together and make a good choice I was impressed turned out I liked the graphite blue better We sealed the deal and with the help of the rest of the staff Nicole and Darwin we enjoyed or purchasing experience and that was important to me. Thanks so Much now we are Juking as my husband says : ) More
Bought a new Nissan Quest. When for my first oil change. Spoke to the General Manager to see if they would throw in a car cleaning from inside. Very intimidating man. The service did not even do a recall on the vehicle. Came home to find there was a letter for recall on fuel cap. Most dealership in the past, when you go for service look up to see if there is any recalls, not this dealership. Service sucks... More
I purchased a 2012 Nissan Rogue from Rosen Nissan on nov 25, 2011. I requested Internet quotes from ALL dealers within 75 miles. Sean was one of the only people to respond with an all inclusive out the door price. Since it was a long drive for me, I stopped by at another dealer on the way. I walked out disgusted at the "fees" being charged and headed straight to Rosen Nissan to meet Sean. Best decision ever. You know, I can't say if their's is THE absolute best price out there or if it always will be. What I am very sure of is that their price will be very very competitive. Where they are untouchable is in the way the entire staff treats you. There was not an extra cent tagged on (I went in with my laptop to make sure the numbers matched - didn't even need to). I got a very fair value for my trade in (same price as 3 other quotes I received). I did not have to "negotiate" a single fee because they were only the standard fees (tax, title, destination). This was the most non-pushy non-nagging salesmen ever. One of the coolest things about them is that they do nothing extra to the vehicle (under coating protector/etching/paint protection/interior protection etc). That is the primary reason they do not have "dealer installed options". You can then choose what and if you would like any of those options or not. Again, all options are presented with no high pressure sales tactics. Read all the reviews - save yourself the time and hassle. Have a FUN car buying experience. I highly recommend Rosen Nissan. It's sad that I had to drive past 4 dealerships to get this kind of service. More
I bought my car over two years ago at this dealership, which was an amazing experience. Lay Lumpkins really took care of me. I recently had a slow leak in a tire, the auto shop could not get my tires off without a lock. I looked everywhere in my car!!! Could not find this locking mechanism they spoke of. The next morning I brought my car to the dealership. To order a lock would take time, but Mike from parts suggested that they take off the locks and just put lug nuts on in replacement, assuring me I would never have to go through this again. They did not have any of the parts to sell to me, which I started to panic, seeing that I was in a mega-hurry to get to work! However, the guys in the garage had a set of four, and they gave them to me at no charge!!!! I was shocked! Completely! ....And when they pulled my car around (only minutes later- mind you) -- MY CAR HAD A CAR WASH!!!! WOW! I will never buy a car anywhere else! More

This is my 2nd new car purchase from David Krockmal within 1 month. David is a pleasure to work with. He gave me very competitive pricing and treated me like a friend and not a customer. If all car sales people had the attitude and style that Dave has the industry would no longer have that Car salesman stigma. Do yourself a favor and seek David out when you need your next Honda or Nissan. As a side note the dealership staff from the finance guy to the service guys are all very nice as well. More
