Went to look at a used car. Everything looked good visually, but on the test drive the low oil pressure light came on. Immediately decided we didn't want the car due to this, and the sales person deci visually, but on the test drive the low oil pressure light came on. I agreed and commented that it may be a huge deal as well and we're not interested. He called back to say the service dept didn't find any codes so it's okay. He then argued that it's okay because there were no codes. This didn't change the fact the light had come on, which may have indicated an actual mechanical problem. Furthermore, we placed a deposit for them to hold the car, which was to be refunded regardless of our decision to purchase. After numerous calls to have them refund the deposit, they actually charged us again. After the second charge they became completely uncooperative. 100% dissatisfied! More

My first experience at Rosen Nissan was for maintenance and repairs on my wife's Murano. We then had the pleasure of working with Erika Samis in sales to help us pick out a new 2014 Nissan Rogue SL. The model we wanted had been sold by the time we were ready to buy, but Erika and manager Joe Lage were able to locate the model we wanted with the interior, exterior, and accessories we wanted in less 2 weeks. Rick Caruso, the finance manager, was able to help us negotiate a very competitive rate, which allowed us to purchase the extended warranty, gap insurance and maintenance packages that made us feel safe about our purchase for the life of our car. When we realized an error on our paperwork, Rick drove to us that day to fix the issue and made sure that everything was made right. Erika Samis and Joe Lage have both followed up with us to make sure that we have been happy with our purchase and the experience. We look forward to working with the Rosen service team in the future and their sales team again when we are in the market for our next vehicle. More

He also explained the various features of the cars I tried, which was very helpful. Mr. Sandoval was also very courteous and accommodating with my family and me. The dealership establishment was also very chic; it gave off a very friendly, cozy, and clean atmosphere to relax and enjoy the experience. The personnel in general were also very friendly. If I ever needed to buy another car again, I would defiantly go back to this dealership. I recommend it tremendously for its great customer service and prices. More

I have to be honest I hate car salesmen they all just seem to push and push never leaving you alone, so I was on the defensive side as soon as we pulled up. But, to my very happy surprise Victor was totally not what I am used to. He was very polite, he asked us how are day was going, we even talked about our tattoos before any car talk happened. When we started asking questions about some cars he was Very knowledgeable. He showed us all the different models and knew just as much about each of them. He asked if we wanted to go for a test drive. Before we left he told me of a great route to take so we could get the full feel of the car. When we got back he was outside waiting for us and just wanted to know what we thought. He still was not pushy. He continued to answer our questions. Well, after my wife and I talked we to Victor lets write it up. They had a deal on the car already but was able to take some more off for us. We are know the proud owners of a 2013 Juke. Honestly, I was not going to buy anything today. But Meeting and talking with Victor changed my mind. If you go to Rosen ask for him. More

Took my 2013 Altima SL for service. The vehicle was dirty, but flawless as it only has 7500k miles on it. The vehicle came out of service with a gouged rim. I was upset and after telling the Service Manager of my findings, he didn't believe me. I then asked him if he was calling me a LIAR and he nodded his head. Unbelievable!! I purchased one vehicle from the dealer in 2006. I on occasion return to get my vehicles serviced, but they always manage to botch the job up. Last time I took my 2010 Rogue in for service, I paid almost $500 for a scheduled service that wasn't completed. They mysteriously forgot to rotate my tires and inflate them properly and they also forgot to replace my windshield wipers. Nissan USA really needs to look into this dealership and provide them with some proper training. These guys are the frontline of the Nissan name and know nothing about customer service. You take your car in for servicing and don't expect to get it back with flaws that weren't there to begin with. Not happy at all! Although they claim not to have done the damage, they are replacing my front rim and provided my oil change and tire rotation at no cost. This really ruined my day and made me loose trust in my local Nissan dealer once again This is why I refuse to purchase another vehicle from these yahoos. Rosen Nissan, take some pointers from Muller Nissan in Highland Park. They treat their customer's with respect and return your car in excellent condition. More
Located a good used car on Tuesday 30 Apr and placed a deposit for delivery on Wed 1 May. During the test drive on 30 Apr the check engine light stayed on and the sales person said he would get it resolv deposit for delivery on Wed 1 May. We arrived to take delivery and was informed that Rosen Nissan would not fix the light, they did have the error code and instructed us to take it to a Dodge dealer for repair (approx. $300.00). This was after we were informed that the name on the title needed to be changed. The sales person was adequate but the manager handling the issue was not very customer focused. He did offer to reduce the cost of the car by $300.00 but when all was said and done that did not happen. We took delivery on the vehicle with the check engine light on. This vehicle is for a 17 year old driver and it was explained how important it was to have the warning indicators (check engine light) working properly. I will not return to any Rosen dealership based on this experience and would advise anyone buying a used car to be very careful. We actually got a good car at a good price, but the experience was ruined by the attitude of the management staff handling the issue. Unfortunate - other customers in the waiting area could not believe what happened and voiced their support for me. I hope they tell a friend about their experience. More
