This was for a 2020 used Rouge. You cannot believe there add on have to pay for add on extras. Drove 45 minutes each way. Three hours of a really, really bad experience. We purchased a new car in December 2020. We waited for 4 hours at the dealership after signing for the car to meet with financing. The manager had already left so we were not able to register our plates an hours at the dealership after signing for the car to meet with financing. The manager had already left so we were not able to register our plates and finish the process. After two weeks of not being able to contact them, we finally were able to get the title paperwork. It is not 2 months later and our plates and car are still not registered with the state, which Zeigler said they would do. I cannot get a hold of anyone regarding this issue. While I am not one to complain, I would suggest people look somewhere else because the deals are no worth the hassle we have had. I also agree with other reviews noting the prices online are nothing like the final price, up to 50% more than the online price. More

Beware of bait and switch! Also, exhorbitant unecessary charges. Went in this past weekend to look at Nissan for my wife. Website advertised price was not what the dealership offered. It was a few th charges. Went in this past weekend to look at Nissan for my wife. Website advertised price was not what the dealership offered. It was a few thousand over advertised price. Also, I specifically asked on three seperate occassions what fees they charge. Was told the fees were "Tile and Registration" and a "Documentation fee". Okay all normal and looking great. Go a little further in the negotiation and I find out that they tried to tack on additional charges. A $2500 "Premium Fee" (I think that"s what they called it) I think that included mud flaps... and a $1995 "Delivery" fee. (By the way...) The delivery fee is already included in the price on the Monroney label (Vehicle Sticker). That is labeled "Destination Charges". So, to sum it up....The whole process felt sleezy and riddled with deceit and misrepresentation. I left and went down the street to Bob Rohrman Gurnee Volkswagen. What a complete breath of fresh air. I guess I should have read the other reviews first. Buyer Beware! More

***SCAM ALERT*** I saw a car online that I thought was a great deal. I contacted the dealership but they told me someone left a deposit but they would still sell it to me if I paid an extra $5,000 for some great deal. I decided to keep searching and came across another similar vehicle at the same store and again contacted them. They gave me the exact same story about a deposit and the extra floormats for $5,000. This obviously seemed way too coincidental so I inquired about a few more and again the same story. This is why people don't trust car dealers. Their whole operation is just a big scam. Why waste my time? Just put the real price instead of all this back and forth nonsense. I believe there is probably some honest places out there. I will definitely add Zeigler to my list of places I would never shop at and let all my friends and family know the same. More
My check engine icon game on so I called Ziegler Nissan about the problem. They told me come in and they would be happy to take a look. The staff was helpful and courteous. It was necessary for them to keep my car for further diagnostic review so I was set up with a rental. The whole experience has been smooth. I will be picking my car up tomorrow and feel secure that should there be any other problems, I can rely on this dealership to help me in a friendly efficient manner. More
