You get a good deal with honest professional management! I got a good Nissan Rogue 2016 from them. They have good pricing. My salesman Ken did a good job. service has deteriorated Dropped my car off at 7am on 10/10 because my car heater was blowing cold air. I realize they need to do analysis and diagnostics. As of 12 noon I ha Dropped my car off at 7am on 10/10 because my car heater was blowing cold air. I realize they need to do analysis and diagnostics. As of 12 noon I had yet to hear from rep Luis Rodriguez. I take the initiative to call. He tells me that they're still looking at my car and by 2pm I will have an answer. 2:07pm I call and ask for Luis R. Still no definite identification of the problem. They concurred that cold air is blowing out but don't know why. I ask Luis is we can talk around 4pm so I can decide if I leave my car there to continue repair or pick up for good. At 4pm we determine what the problem is and my car will need part ordered if I wish to have them service and fix it. I tell Luis I will be in to pick up my car and drop off the loaner. I told him I didn't have enough time because I need to get back to the office. When I get there he's nowhere to be found and once he was located he needed to do ALL of the paperwork. It took an additional 20 minutes of my time Granted, he knew I was on my way in to pick up my car. My issues...every contact had to be initiated by me. When I warn the rep of my short window of time, the paper work is still NOT ready when I arrive. This is the second time I have a service issue at this place. They honestly used to be much better. Follow up in non-existent. In this instance we're talking about a repair that will cost me around $2,000. It's not a $20 transaction. You'd think they showed more respect to a customer's time. I've been thinking about replacing my Rogue with a 2020 Nissan Rogue and give my existing 2013 Nissan to my daughter. After this experience I may just consider another brand altogether. I have little faith that my experience will be different at another NIssan dealership. I have actually purchased 3 Nissan Rogues in the last 10 years. Can't question my loyalty to the brand. Zeigler Nissan has got to make a full and concerted effort to commit to a high level of service every time. It's the basics. It can't go unnoticed that Luis did provide me with a loaner vehicle and went out of his way to accommodate that. I was not aware or told that there would be a $150 service charge for doing the analysis / diagnostic to identify the problem. I didn't question it. I was frustrated enough and didn't have time to spend another 10 minutes arguing about it. For now...I'm a very disappointed customer. More
