Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership! Misrepresented the price to get me in the door. Listed on the internet at $36,844. First number they presented me was $49,746. $5000 market upcharge, Misrepresented the price to get me in the door. Listed on the internet at $36,844. First number they presented me was $49,746. $5000 market upcharge, $2500 Fabric Warranty Package, $3000 Vehicle Preparation Charge and then only $1000 for my trade when the "Market Report" I used from their website said $5-5600 value. When I asked about the additional charges, they referred to fine print that says, "Price may exclude certain taxes, fees and/or charges." 4 hour drive there and back. What a waste of time!!! More
Buyer beware! This dealership employs deceptive and unethical bait and switch tactics. I found a 2019 Malibu advertised on their website and cars.com for $19,000 that I was interested in, so I stared a unethical bait and switch tactics. I found a 2019 Malibu advertised on their website and cars.com for $19,000 that I was interested in, so I stared an email interaction. Living an hour away, I wanted to make sure it would be worth the drive. Once I had all my questions answered, I scheduled my appointment and came down. When I arrived on the same day, I learned the car was not there. So, we looked at similar cars. I found one nearly identical so we began the offer process 70 minutes later. When I saw the offer, there was a nearly $5k market adjustment that was on the document. That didn't include the optional protection and fees that were available. The only explanation was that the market is driving prices up, but that appeared nowhere in my previous interactions or their website. In addition, I used the KBB ICO tool for my trade as advised and they didn't even reference it offering less than that. My salesperson was nice enough, but it's clear that I could not trust them and I had to leave. I have bought a dozen cars from dealerships in my life, including two in the last 3 months. I've never experienced this level of blatant dishonestly. Where I come from, this would be considered illegal. I know that there is a pandemic and cars are more expensive, but this was bad. More
Shadiest dealership in town! False advertising; salesperson added nearly $9,000 to advertised price with ridiculous, fake fees. I would steer clear of this stereotypical used car salesman approach salesperson added nearly $9,000 to advertised price with ridiculous, fake fees. I would steer clear of this stereotypical used car salesman approach from the 1970s. More
We have been driving Nissan since 1994. We have done business with Ken many times over the last several years. Ken is always professional and friendly, which is exactly why he has kept our business thes business with Ken many times over the last several years. Ken is always professional and friendly, which is exactly why he has kept our business these many years. We recently bought out our leases (2). This process needs to be streamlined. We were unhappy with the process from a time aspect. Ken had all of the paperwork on his end completed at the time we discussed. After signing with Ken, I waited 2 hours to sign with management, for a process which took about 4 minutes. The wait was unnecessary. Zeigler, it would be great if you would allow customers to make appointments for these type of transactions and be available at the time to assist your customers or if you would at least be respectful of customer’s time, this would be a huge improvement. We hope to continue to do business with Ken and also hope Zeigler does better at valuing their customers’ time in the future. Thanks Ken! More
When you see an advertised price on an item in general that should be the starting point. We showed up and after taking the vehicle for a test drive we were being forced a number of warranties and some ri that should be the starting point. We showed up and after taking the vehicle for a test drive we were being forced a number of warranties and some ridiculous fee for market value! Essentially items that are optional were mandatory to purchase which bumped up the price of the vehicle AT LEAST 4K! More
They were unwilling to negotiate the price, and they told me the fees would be one amount, and then later told me a higher amount in fees when I was ready to purchase. Also when I requested the point inspec me the fees would be one amount, and then later told me a higher amount in fees when I was ready to purchase. Also when I requested the point inspection report, Jacqui intentionally cropped out the items on the vehicle that didn't pass inspection. Slavi and Jesus are deceptive liars and hardly friendly people. More

BEWARE, they'll add $4,800 CPO fee and $995 Market fee $995, plus taxes and other fees! a total of $10,000 extra in fees! Went in to buy a car listed on their website at $20,000, then Jose told us that t $995, plus taxes and other fees! a total of $10,000 extra in fees! Went in to buy a car listed on their website at $20,000, then Jose told us that the total price for that car after all fees was $30,000 we asked him why the 50% increase from the listed price and then he completely disrespected my father and I, saying that we were really foolish if we really expected to pay only the listed price; I told him I expected to pay taxes and title fees on top of the listed price, possibly 5% to 10% more on top; I told him 5% of 20,000 was $1,000 and he said no, it wasn't (he doesn't know basic math) so I pulled out my calculator and showed him and he didn't know what to say... When he showed us the car outside he told us that it was certified by Nissan and that it was a very good car (he didn't mention that the certification would add $4,800 to the listed price). Then we went inside to do the paperwork and then he told us that because the car was certified it was going to be another $4,800 on top of the listed price; also another $995 for "Market Fees", the total for all fees were more than $10,000! He continued to disrespect us saying that we didn't know about "the Market" and that we were foolish if we didn't buy that car because we wouldn't find it anywhere else that cheap. Then he called his manager, and he basically started arguing with us and yelling at us for being foolish and expecting to pay an amount close to the listing price! Unbelievable! I don't recommend this experience to anybody. More
