Found a used car I liked through an online search. They had me test drive a newer car because they "lost" all the keys to the ones like the one I wanted. I will never do business with any Zeigler dealership ever again and I'm spreading this experience through many of my contacts. I really think the car didn't exist since the exact same car is on their site now with a lower mileage! Buyer beware More
I felt like they dudnt want to sell me a car, like they saw me and assumes I wasnt a serious buyer. Teo cars Id seen on their website before I came. 1st we dont have that one its out as a loaner (why give cars kisted for sale as loneers as oppsosed to having dedicated loaner cars? The 2nd car? They couldnt find the keys (really?) And even though this is a huge dealership and they had sevsral of the model I wanted...umm why not actually be a saleman and offer one or a few of the several.other models and just offere similar pricing to what id alreasy looked at. Or be agreat salesman and try and sell.me something else. I threw a bone by asking about a cometlt different model and the guy didnt take the bait and just threw out a really high price as if He knew I couldnt afford it (I could. IM APPROVED FOR 40K BUT only wanted to spend 20-25k none of which Id stated) I dont causally ...well I dont ever throw the race card but this time I kinda felt like this was the R word especily after seeing so many good reviews about this same place. Was looking for an SUV for my wife. Matt Kohler was the salesman who deal with us. Matt was laid back , no pressure, very informative, and let us test drive a car twice. In the end went with another brand salesman who deal with us. Matt was laid back , no pressure, very informative, and let us test drive a car twice. In the end went with another brand at a different dealership. But I would recommend Zeigler and Matt Kohler to anyone looking for a Nissan. Matt respected our desires and never pressured us to buy something we didn't want. That was refreshing! More
AVOID at all costs. This is the worst dealership with the rudest most unprofessional management I have ever encountered. Made an appointment on line to go see a 2018 Mercedes CLC 300 advertised online for $36,400.00. Drove an hour there to tell me that an employee had taken the car home and that they would call me upon its return so that I would have the chance to come see the car before anyone else. Called them back 4 days later to tell me that the car was on a test drive and that there was 2 other showings after that one. Asked to have the manager call me back. "Moe" calls me back to tell me that the car has recently had some work done to it and the price out the door would be $43,00.00!!! $9,000.00 more than listing/advertised price. When I questioned him about this, he got nasty and rude and hung up on the phone on me, but not before telling me that I am difficult to work with and think I'm "entitled"! This place is as shady as they come and would not recommend wasting your time to even go out there to see car. More

These people are liars. Made an appointment with Brooke to come in and purchase the same day. We made it clear we wanted a specific vehicle, and we were promised the car would be waiting for us. When we came in, the salesman we were referred to (Jimmy) had us test drive the car, and we started talking numbers. We agreed on a price, and were getting ready to discuss financing when another salesperson came and grabbed the keys from Jimmy saying the car had been purchased. We drove 2 hours to get there, and wouldn't have bothered making the trip if we knew this would happen. No respect for customer's time, complete dishonesty. I will be sure to advise family and friends to stay far away from this dealership. They can go pound sand. Never again. More
