I purchased a vehicle a used 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport from Willy Wu last August. After the purchase I felt as though that I had been taken advantage of and been deceived by Willy and other employees. I voiced my concerns to them and they kept reassuring me that I would be able to come back after 6 months to refinance or trade in for another vehicle. Keep in mind I purchased the vehicle used and had a trade in on top of that which should have pretty much been an even trade. Willy kept informing me that he had to “change the numbers around to trick the system” so I could get financed. I was skeptical because my credit score was not an issue whatsoever. So in the end the vehicle was listed on the website for $23k and I end up leaving the dealership owing $36k on the vehicle. I put blame on myself for not reading over the paperwork more closely but ultimately these people here took advantage of me my girlfriend and our 6 month old son at the time. And last week I went to the dealership in hopes of trading in the vehicle or refinancing and I was told flat out that it would be impossible because I $13k in negative equity and they would not refinance whatsoever. I told them we were told to come back and they would help us out but was completely turned down. Also a manager knew about my situation and would not come out and listen to my concern. Everyone should be very cautious in purchasing a vehicle at this location. More
