I saw a truck online. I went to the showroom - after an hour was shown the truck. I agreed to pay the online price and negotiated some accessories. After two hours of wait I went to the showroom - after an hour was shown the truck. I agreed to pay the online price and negotiated some accessories. After two hours of waiting and processing paper, one of the documents was a loan agreement. I objected stating I was paying cash. First the salesman then the credit manager stated that the price would be higher for a cash payment and they had already pulled credit. After three hours I left only be chased down in the parking lot and told that the online price would be honored. After another half hour I was again told it had to be financed. These are the facts. Draw your own conclusion if this is the way you would like to be treated. More

If you buy a car from this dealership. You must be desperate or stupid. Purchased a used car here a buick. they told me the car passed inspection and there was nothing wrong with it. Until they had to replace the engine not once but twice. now it has transmission problems it never had before. Took it to another mechanic which listed a list of problems longer than my arm with it and now ziegler wants us to take it back there again. even though everytime its there it keeps getting worse. And now they wont back the vehicle unless they work on it and there the ones that keep screwing it up. and then giving me reports that everything passed inspection. Im currently looking for an attorney to deal with this problem. Dont buy from a ziegler dealership you will be happier anyplace you go. More
