This dealership takes advantage of its customers. This dealership lied to me about my rear break pads saying it had “0mm” pad left. Which I didn’t fully understand because there was no sound coming f This dealership lied to me about my rear break pads saying it had “0mm” pad left. We found that there was a lot of pad left. I’m a young woman and this dealership was trying to take advantage of me. I went to the dealership April 12th. More

The salesperson and finance person were great, it was the presentation of the car that didn't meet expectations. Personal papers from the previous owner that included their information like name, address, dr presentation of the car that didn't meet expectations. Personal papers from the previous owner that included their information like name, address, drivers license number were left in the glovebox. The inside of the car needed to be wiped down. There was dust and various white/cream spots on the dash and steering and door. There was silver marker left on the outside windshield and black on the inside windshield. The storage under the platform of the trunk was coated in dog hair. Oil change is needed soon and only has half a tank of gas. Very disappointing to have to do so much cleaning. I've always bought new and decided to buy used because the features I wanted were available on the lot new that day, We were going to try again another time,but there was a used one that had all the things we wanted so we gave it a try. I guess I wrongly assumed the buying the car from the dealer and not a private sale would mean I could still have the new car experience of a well presented car and not someone else's hand me down. I've always had a great service experience at this dealership and wanted to give my car buying business to them. Again, disappointing experience More

I didn't feel pressure to pay for extra things that I didn't want. There was a lot of tape stuck to the whole top of the car from when it was wrapped for shipping but I talked to them and they removed th didn't want.
