Love my new car, the service department only so, so! Brought my 2016 Tuson for 1 year service interval. Less than a week later I kept getting low tire pressure warnings.. The front tires were both 29#s the back 28 & 27. When I brought back the technision said the proper pressure was 35#s warm and 37#s cold. Also for a oil change I was told if I wanted to wait he would nhave it done well before an hour was up. After an hour he came in the waiting room to say it was almost ready but he only had the paper work to do It took another 45 minutes. How much paperwork can a $29.99 oil change take? More

(Note: I bring my wife's 2007 Santa Fe here also) Very professional and well informed service staff. I have been here many times for service and have had an excellent experience. I really like Racine Hyundai because I trust their service and their staff. I live in Milwaukee, but travel to Racine for service. When the time comes, I will consider this dealership for a new car purchase as well. I highly recommend this dealer to my daughter who purchased a new vehicle. Overall extremely happy! :) More

A couple of days later we noticed a large steel coil on the gr About 3 weeks ago, we purchased a used 2005 Chevy Malibu from this Hyundai Dealership. A couple of days later we noticed a large steel coil on the ground outside the car. We were leaving for vacation so we didn't have time to deal with it. When we returned, I took it to our local mechanic - he said the suspension coil was broken, as well as some rods in the front (?). The total was $980. We decided to go back to the dealer since it was a significant repair. To our delight, the General Manager said they would take care of the problem. They scheduled a repair time and repaired our car free of charge! We are so very grateful for an honest and trustworthy dealership that stands behind their used car sales. We would not have been able to afford those repairs. We will definitely be returning to Hyundai Racine for our next auto purchase. :) More
Unprofessional unfriendly and work took forever to complete- an oil change and tire rotation really takes 90 minutes to complete?!
