No heat What used car three days later had no heat blowing out. Took car in they checked it said it was the thermostat it was.not. They gave me a loaner car and will call me when they find out what's wrong. They said all things would be covered under the warranty to get it working again. Front and rear brakes When i arrived the staff explained what would be done. They called me when the work was done and gave me a report and the charges. Poor attention to requests Did not complete services requested that caused me to be pulled over by the police department. The initial transfer of my plates were put on backward Did not complete services requested that caused me to be pulled over by the police department. The initial transfer of my plates were put on backwards and the screw was stripped so that I couldn't correct it myself. I asked for this to be fixed and left in good faith that they performed the request. Only after I was pulled over, did I discover they did not. More
Awesome service Nick was amazing, he knew my vehicle and exactly what needed to be done to it. EVEN THOUGH it’s not a Hyundai. Mercedes are hard to work on so I’m tha Nick was amazing, he knew my vehicle and exactly what needed to be done to it. EVEN THOUGH it’s not a Hyundai. Awesome Matt and service tech's worked great to squeeze me in and get me on my way again when my alternator on my Chevy went out when traveling. Made it to O Matt and service tech's worked great to squeeze me in and get me on my way again when my alternator on my Chevy went out when traveling. Made it to Ohio, just a little late. Matt kept me updated all through the process. Billy was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles you sell. Cost was a bit pricier then home but I didn't have that option. Other then that I was very pleased. More
