No heat What used car three days later had no heat blowing out. Took car in they checked it said it was the thermostat it was.not. Poor attention to requests Did not complete services requested that caused me to be pulled over by the police department. The initial transfer of my plates were put on backward Did not complete services requested that caused me to be pulled over by the police department. The initial transfer of my plates were put on backwards and the screw was stripped so that I couldn't correct it myself. I asked for this to be fixed and left in good faith that they performed the request. Only after I was pulled over, did I discover they did not. More

Awesome Matt and service tech's worked great to squeeze me in and get me on my way again when my alternator on my Chevy went out when traveling. Matt kept me updated all through the process. Billy was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles you sell. Cost was a bit pricier then home but I didn't have that option.
