Wait time for not having parts when an appointment was made I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and spark plug change, when I got the confirmation it didn’t mention anything about spark plugs it ther I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and spark plug change, when I got the confirmation it didn’t mention anything about spark plugs it there was something else mentioned. When I called I was told it was just so that enough time could be allotted. When we came in for the for the service work to be done the spark plugs were not there and after two hours of waiting we were told such. Recommended we come back when they are in and at that time an appt an be scheduled. My rating are all poor due to this. My time as yours are very valuable and not having spark plugs is not acceptable More

Nothing But Problems with 2014 Elantra The first three years and 50000 miles- our car was great. At around 64000 miles, during a routine oil change we noted a weird noise and were told the The first three years and 50000 miles- our car was great. At around 64000 miles, during a routine oil change we noted a weird noise and were told the engine was shot. We were told we couldn't drive it and were given a rental. It took well over a month for the new engine to come. Thank goodness for the 100000 mile power train warranty. At our next oil change, the service department noted an oil leak. We had a family vacation planned, and as this is currently our only vehicle, we were again grateful for a rental. Turns out the oil pan on the new engine was defective. SHEESH. When the car was returned to us, we quickly noted another noise. When we opened our trunk we found the liner was disassembled with nuts and bolts just lying there. Took it back and we were told the interior is so rusted they can't reattach the unit. WHAT? They ended up zip-tying it. No Lie! This is a car that is parked inside daily. How can the inside of the trunk frame be that bad? We are now looking for not only one new vehicle but two. And probably not a Hyundai. More

Reveiw it's a clean very modern facility with friendly staff who are very knowledgeable and more than willing to help you with any issues you may have. I br it's a clean very modern facility with friendly staff who are very knowledgeable and more than willing to help you with any issues you may have. I brought my car in for some dings and scratches that were present when I purchased the car to have them fixed and then for its first oil change. The repairs and service we're both timely and without issue. I plan on bringing my vehicle to this facility for every maintenance issue that I will have going forward. More
