I got new tires at Goodyear and went to Racine Hyundai Dealership for an all wheel alignment and it was done professionally, plus I had some time to look at new Tucson's. And made a cup of coffee. Loved coming here for service but not very happy today. In these times with covid at a high in Wisconsin I expect a little more care from employees. Several staff walk back and forth through the customer seating area without masks or mask hanging around their chins! The office lady had hers on when moving about. Thank you. If only the others could do the same. Honestly how hard is it to wear a xxxx mask ? Note these were not staff just arriving for the day but staff already on site. The door clearly says mask required but guess that’s only applicable to the customers. Masks are meant to protect you from infecting others. So not wearing one tells me you don’t care about your customer. If that’s so I’ll go elsewhere for my next service and to purchase my next car. More
I dealt with an absolutely marvelous service advisor, Giovanni Vargas. He couldn’t do enough for me. It was refreshing. Bad Customer Service Went to take a test drive during the $40 promo period. Never received the gift card and they had no knowledge of it when I confronted them about it. Won't start Car would not start on a Saturday they changed the battery. Then on Christmas day the car would not start again. On Wednesday they came out try to jump themselves and found the park sensor switch was not working. They took our back replace switch that afternoon and we have the car back. They have been very good and getting things completed we've had several things that have been needed repaired since we bought the car but they have repaired it each time at no cost. More
Oil change with issue, kudos to Jay for resolving it! I had an oil change and the technician neglected to replace the cabin filter, causing my glove box to fall apart after I left.
