Not a place for a woman The service representative I felt took advantage of a woman. I don't agree with all of the comments that he made,"batteries only last 2 or 3 years eve The service representative I felt took advantage of a woman. I don't agree with all of the comments that he made,"batteries only last 2 or 3 years even in a new car". He tried to tell me the previous owner put in a different battery. I bought the car new from Hyundai with only 5 miles on it. I have never had a battery last this short of a time in any vehicle.My Hyundai is barely 3 yrs.old. 28,000 miles. Yes, my battery was dead. Yes, I got a new one. I had spoke to other companies, and there parts department on phone. Price was within $5.00. I asked if it could be a bad cell in the battery. He put the battery tester on and said "no the battery was dead." "Yes, but what about bad cell"? He said, "I can't tell that from the battery test!" End of conversation. More
First time there excellent We just moved to Racine and needed an oil change for our Hyundai Elantra GT so decided to take it to Racine Hyundai. Easy to make an appointment onlin We just moved to Racine and needed an oil change for our Hyundai Elantra GT so decided to take it to Racine Hyundai. Easy to make an appointment online. Drive it up to the service bay where I was promptly met by Nick Colon who was very kind and helped me get all the correct information on the Hyundai website, New address, phone and added my husband's name to the records as it is his car. He then told me what the charge would be and told me some recommendations for things that should have been done. He listed the prices on the paperwork so we could discuss them after I got home. I also had some questions about seat heights in the Tucson, Santa Fe, etc. He took me out to the showroom have me some brochures and told me to feel free to ask any of the salesmen any further questions. I did that and the salesman was very polite and helpful. Waiting area is comfortable with coffee, tea or water available for free. Also a free car wash. The last dealer didn't have a car wash so have us coupons for a local one we never used. More

Ordered a part for me that was diagnosed as needing replacement by St. Cloud Hyundai without requiring me to bring the car in prior to ordering the part. My only disappointment is with my Hyundai extended warranty which seems not to be worth the paper it is printed on. Mfg extended warranty up to 100,000 miles, except for items that could 'wear' (ball joints included) which are only covered up to 50,000 miles...not even up to the standard 6/60,000 warranty?? Watch out if you have one of these extended warranties. C'mon Hyundai...very disappointing and a very real consideration in purchasing my next vehicle. More

The service department looked at it the next day, and had to order parts. The car was done the next working day. I had to bring the car back to get the breaks lines bled. The car was done the next day with a wash and vacuum. More
Three different visits. I had taken my 2015 Sonato to this dealership back in December for a SLIGHT tire issue. The dealership had the car in the shop for roughly 3 weeks to I had taken my 2015 Sonato to this dealership back in December for a SLIGHT tire issue. The dealership had the car in the shop for roughly 3 weeks to 3 1/2 weeks. When I got the car back, there was a problem with the manual steering due to someone incorrectly fixing the car. When it was returned to me again it was discovered while my daughter was driving on the HIGHWAY that yet again someone incorrectly fixed the car and caused half the brakes to stop working. The brakes were so shot that someone had to come pick the car up because it was unsafe to drive. I was then directly lied to by the dealership as to why the brakes were the way they were. During these visits, I was asked to pay for multiple services (ex: tire alignment for $90) even though the attempted to charge me due to the mistakes of this dealership. These issues could have been looked over had they not conpletely messed up the brakes, could have caused an incredible amount of damage (ex: a DEATH) and then lied about it. I am not sure who did the actual so I am not able to select which employees. However, they need different jobs. More
