Mixed views this time. We were forgotten in the extra purchase add-on process after buying our new car. I had to call four times to actually get someone to help. The remote start works but I'm limited with access to my vehicle which seems odd. I cant get into my hatchback when remote start is activated. I have to turn it off. They tell me it's my new normal. I'm told by others it's because a cheaper version was installed. I wish I could have chosen to pay more for a unit that isn't inconvenient. Kinda stuck with it. Argh! More

No heat What used car three days later had no heat blowing out. Took car in they checked it said it was the thermostat it was.not. They gave me a loaner car What used car three days later had no heat blowing out. Took car in they checked it said it was the thermostat it was.not. They gave me a loaner car and will call me when they find out what's wrong. They said all things would be covered under the warranty to get it working again. Poor attention to requests Did not complete services requested that caused me to be pulled over by the police department. The initial transfer of my plates were put on backwards and the screw was stripped so that I couldn't correct it myself. I asked for this to be fixed and left in good faith that they performed the request. Only after I was pulled over, did I discover they did not. More
