Recently I had hit a curb with my new 2024 Hyundai Kona, damaging the rear tire and the wheel, in replacing the damaged tire, Zeigler Hyundai of Racine unknowingly installed the incorrect tire. When I came damaging the rear tire and the wheel, in replacing the damaged tire, Zeigler Hyundai of Racine unknowingly installed the incorrect tire. When I came back for the wheel to be repaired, they apologized several times for installing the wrong tire. Rushing to make things right, they installed the correct tire and any extras it needed, free of charge. The wheel was repaired to the point you could never find where it was damaged! Zeigler Hyundai is the best dealer for purchasing and caring for your new or used car. More

Initially very unhappy with my purchase. Bought a new 2024 Tucson Hybrid. Test drive was on surface streets, was told that we couldn’t take the car onto the freeway. Had to drive the car hom Bought a new 2024 Tucson Hybrid. Test drive was on surface streets, was told that we couldn’t take the car onto the freeway. Had to drive the car home on the freeway once we hit 55+ mph the car began to make noise. Called dealer, told to schedule a service appointment. Bought the car in Wisconsin but live in Illinois so made appointment with Gurnee dealer. Dropped off car for service. Was told they could hear the noise, but they may have to charge me for repairs, told to return to initial dealer. Dropped car off on Saturday for Monday AM appointment. By Wednesday car was returned with problem resolved. Went to drive home on the freeway noise still present, problem NOT resolved. Returned car to dealer for repairs. I had owned the car for less than 3 weeks, less than 500 miles on odometer and the car was in the repair shop for 8 of 20 days. The rattling noise was finally fixed by an excellent service provider (Ian) in Racine. About 2 weeks later an emergency light came on regarding the hybrid battery. The warning was to stop driving immediately and call Hyundai help desk. Informed not to drive car at all, a tow was called and car was taken to Racine Hyundai repair shop. 4th trip to repair shop in 5 weeks!!! Repair was made the following day. I had lost all confidence in the quality of my purchase and thought that it was a mistake to buy a Hyundai. I have now owned the car for 8 weeks and finally become less anxious that my brand new car won’t break down again. I love the design and features of the car, I am a little concerned about quality. More
