Myles was very responsive to my concerns about our original deal, and we came up with a good resolution in the end. He was honest and genuine when we finalized the deal. First let me say that I should be old enough to know better. But...I had just returned from a year in Mexico and needed to buy a vehicle quickly - never a good idea. And Ziegler Hyundai took advantage o better. But...I had just returned from a year in Mexico and needed to buy a vehicle quickly - never a good idea. And Ziegler Hyundai took advantage of that. I bought a 2017 Elantra, paid full sticker price, plus $500 for something called Lojack, which is a program that locates the car after it's stolen. They didn't inform me that Hyundai was offering a free software upgrade for these vehicles, which the dealer should have done before offering the car for sale. They left me with a nearly empty gas tank and the car needed an immediate oil change. And this whole affair took nearly 5 hours, as the salesman & sales manager played the usual back & forth "good guy bad guy" routine, even going so far, after 3 hours, of suggesting another buyer had shown up wanting to buy the car. I would have walked, but as I said, I was stuck. I would not recommend Ziegler Hyundai/Racine to anybody. More
