This dealership puts a tracking device on all new and used vehicles.I. told the sales person I didn't want it and said the vehicle will not be sold with out it. I was charged $500 plus tax. My wife and I purchased new Santa Fe in early July. The dealership allowed us to drive the car home after filling out paperwork and a making a down payment of over half of the purchase price. I had prearranged financing thru my company credit union to pay the balance due. Due to my mistake the balance due was not issued to the dealership for over three weeks. They did contact me but I missed the email. When I realized that there was a problem I was very concerned about my relationship with the dealer. They were very responsive as I rushed to resolve the issue. I worked closely with Scott Waller over two long days to coordinate communication with the credit union. Scott was right on top of the situation and calmly addressed my concerns, answered my questions and provided critical information as needed. I also appreciate the professional and courteous staff who answered the phone particularly Alexa. Andrew in the finance department was courteous, knowledgable and professional. He did send an email to follow up with me after a number of days however I missed it. Originally in the sales process my wife worked with AJ. He was informative and personable. She decided on the Santa Fe on her first visit but wanted me to see and drive it so we returned the next day. AJ was off unexpectedly that day due to a family matter. However, he had arranged for his coworker Emily to take over. Emily provided a seamless transition and was a joy to work with. Thank you Zeigler for your help in resolving my stressful situation. I bought a car from this dealership and asked multiple times for the certification paperwork and trusting my salesperson, left with the car after he told me he would get it to me. Since then, I have reac times for the certification paperwork and trusting my salesperson, left with the car after he told me he would get it to me. Since then, I have reached out several times with no response. I was sold a car as Certified pre owned, that is in fact not certified. I have reached out to the GM, the Sales Manager, everyone. I've heard nothing back from them, so my next step is leaving reviews everywhere I can to let other people know to go somewhere else, and I'll be contacting the BBB as well. Potentially a lawyer. I have no idea who the sales manager is, as I've never spoken with him because he won't talk to me. Wouldn't even come out of the Sales tower when I was in the store. The only manager available to choose was Adrian, I have no idea if he was the Sales Manager. To be clear, I worked for Hyundai in the Sales and Finance Dept for years, I'm not just guessing at what happened here. I 100% was sold a car as certified that was not certified. More

When working with the finance coordinator he pushed for several "upgrades" or "protections" when I declined he was very chippy and rude. I thought I had done well but he still managed to sneak 2 "hidden" charges or fees. Whatever you would like to call them it really made me feel bad about the deal. More
