Easiest thing I did all week! I saw a car online on their website and called to verify that it was on the lot. I spoke with someone from their online service and they confirmed it was on the lot and set up an appointment for me to look at it. I show up and Casey helped me out. He found the car right away for me, I took it for a test drive and ended up really liking the car. At this point I had test driven dozens of cars and had even bought and returned one because of issues I had with the seller. I sat down with Casey and we talked through my options and ended up with a painless payment option. I got my “new to me” car and thanks to him I did it without having to do loans. He made it simple and just overall such a great experience. Thank you Casey!! More

Mixed views this time. We were forgotten in the extra purchase add-on process after buying our new car. I had to call four times to actually get someone to help. The remote start works but I'm limited with access to my vehicle which seems odd. I cant get into my hatchback when remote start is activated. I have to turn it off. They tell me it's my new normal. I'm told by others it's because a cheaper version was installed. I wish I could have chosen to pay more for a unit that isn't inconvenient. Kinda stuck with it. Argh! More
