When working with the finance coordinator he pushed for several "upgrades" or "protections" when I declined he was very chippy and rude. When I closed the deal and returned home I looked over the paperwor several "upgrades" or "protections" when I declined he was very chippy and rude. When I closed the deal and returned home I looked over the paperwork again with my wife who works for a financial institution but was not with me at time of purchase. I thought I had done well but he still managed to sneak 2 "hidden" charges or fees. Whatever you would like to call them it really made me feel bad about the deal. More
