I recently purchased a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe from Gentile Hyundai and I couldn't be happier with both the vehicle and the personnel at Gentile. I went to Gentile with a very competitive price I'd gotten from Hyundai and I couldn't be happier with both the vehicle and the personnel at Gentile. I went to Gentile with a very competitive price I'd gotten from TrueCar.com and both Bill Sosbe,sales consultant, and Kristin Paxton,sales manager, went the extra mile to make the deal happen.Bill spent over two hours with us answering all of our questions as well as pointing out the new features on the vehicle and taking us on a test drive.As the vehicle I wanted wasn't on the lot, Kristin searched the area for one and finally found it in Eau Claire,WI. She traded a 2011 Sonata,a car she could have probably sold at sticker price,for the 2010 Santa Fe. That's outstanding service! While there was probably was not be a lot of money in this deal for Gentile, I was still treated with the utmost respect by everybody I came in contact with at the dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend Gentile Hyundai to anybody looking for a vehicle both new or used.This was one outstanding group of sales professionals. More

One thing I must note is that the Hyundai promotional does not disclose all terms and conditions. You may be surprise when you asked for it. In my case, the Hyundai "College Grad Program" webpage does not disclose all terms and conditions (http://www.hyundaiusa.com/financial-tools/college-grad-program.aspx). During my vehicle purchase, I was qualified for the "College Grad Program" from the conditions on the webpage. However, when I request for that promotion, the sales managers along with Hyundai Motor Finance (HMF) pull up a "rule book" on me which they said contains a term that disqualify me from the promotion. That "rule book" was no where on the "College Grad Program" webpage. At least there were no mention of it nor links to it. I'm a recent college graduate who graduated within the past two years when I purchased my vehicle. During the purchase day, I brought with me my university diploma proving that I have graduated from a four years university within but not exceeding two years and a recent pay stub proving my financial competency. This satisfy the only two terms on the webpage. My request was denied by the sales manager and HMF. I'm very happy with my vehicle, but I feel that the "rule book" procedure that I experience does not reflect well on the sales manager or HMF. I feel that the College Grad Program page should disclose all terms and conditions if there are such terms and conditions. More
Andrew did an excellent job as a salesman. He made himself available to any and all questions, helped me through an honest comparison of similarly equipped and priced cars from other dealers, and was himself available to any and all questions, helped me through an honest comparison of similarly equipped and priced cars from other dealers, and was willing to take as much time as necessary to let me shift through all the information on the 2010 Elantra. I was extremely impressed with his easy-going attitude, combined with his intimate knowledge of the Elantra. He offered me his personal phone number to call whenever I had questions and came in for four hours on his day off to help me buy the car. The staff in general was helpful, especially since the purchase happened so quickly (24 hours between first drive and final buy), and considering they had several other customers that day. Customer service was good, and the car and deal were fantastic. I truly love my car, and got it for $3,000 less than a comparable vehicle I was almost convinced of buying before I talked with Andrew. Gentile and Eric Tharp went way out of their way to locate and deliver a Sonata in the desired color and with the desired equipment -- to do this Gentile had to trade a more desireable car. Gentile also expedited the closing,on short notice, since I needed to turn in my leased Mazda on that day. Eric Tharp came in twice on his day off to deliver a traded car and assist with closing this transaction. Eric did an excellent job of explaining the vechile's equipment the the operation of the service department. The manager, Kristen, went out of her way to try to maatch the price of a Honda Accord. More

My husband and I went to 6 dealerships to check out different models. We both found Craig to be the most knowledgeable and genuine salesperson we dealt with. My husband works in sales and he is very critical of sales performance, but was impressed by Craig. We enjoyed the whole experience (except the videos)and are now enjoying our new Sonata. More
