I explained what I was looking for and he set out to meet my needs. Since I was purchasing the car through a company discount, there really wasn't any ""Deal"" to make. The overall experience was fairly easy and quick and I can see Hyundai is attempting to make the car buying experience as easy as possible. I have not purchased a new car since 1989, and I haven't purchased a car from a dealer since 2003. I changed my buying habits so I could get a car with the best warranty available and I didn't want to buy a used Veloster Turbo, not knowing how it may have been driven prior to my ownership. I'm a long time Lexus owner and driver, and my move to Hyundai was motivated by the need for a fun to drive car with a new car warranty. I definetly see the difference between the Lexus dealership and Hyundai, but Hyundai is aming to reach that same level of superior customer service that I receive at the Lexus dealership." More

Good overall, Darlene did an excellent job! Good experience for the most part. However, a check I was owed from the dealership in the amount of over $5000 took TOO long to receive. I purchased my vehicle on Jan 14, 2016 and did not get my check until FEB 4, 2016! I had to call the dealership on at least three occasions. I was always promised "the check is in the mail". Turns out the General Manager of Racine Automotive group was most to blame for delaying signing of the check and mailing it to the wrong address. Very frustrating. The buying experience needs to be elevated for the luxury Genesis line, or it's never going to work. A delay in receiving money owed makes a customer uneasy about the business practice of a certain dealership. More
