Actually, we ended up with a car that has many features we weren't even looking for - but they sure are great! Jovin was so helpful. Zak was also helpful with the finance details. Exactly what we were looking for I was a little confused at first because I called about a car that we saw online and spoke to Ethan. It sounded like I had an appointment with him. Wh I was a little confused at first because I called about a car that we saw online and spoke to Ethan. It sounded like I had an appointment with him. When we walked in, Jovin opened the door, and I asked for Ethan. Someone else told us that Ethan worked in the internet dept and Jovin would be helping us with looking at the car. That was fine, just a little confusing. That was the biggest bump in the road with our experience, if one could call it that...more like a molehill. Jovin was down to earth, pleasant, and had a good sense of humor. He was knowledgeable, and not once did we feel like he was just trying to “sell” us. We had been looking at cars for a while and this was the third dealership we had been to. I cannot say the same for the others. We have some prior credit issues that we are working on repairing, and of course that came up when we talked numbers. We didn’t feel any sort of judgement about that, in fact, Jovin made us feel comfortable through the whole process. When he realized the porter had already left for the day, Jovin detailed the car himself, while we worked with Joe, in finance. After we finished, Jovin let us know that he went ahead and dyed the carpet where there were some spots. He definitely went above and beyond without even been asked. Joe was great, too. Also very down to earth, and we didn’t feel an ounce of pressure. He explained all the terms clearly and checked to make sure we understood. As an educator, I appreciated that very much. It was a bit of a haul for us to go up to Racine, but this is the first place I will look for any future needs. Definitely recommend and I love my “new to me” SUV! More

Rear brake repair My rear brakes seized up and made a loud squealing noise. I dropped the car off after hours without an appointment. The service department looked at it the next day, and had to order parts. The car was done the next working day. I had to bring the car back to get the breaks lines bled. The car was done the next day with a wash and vacuum. More
Three different visits. I had taken my 2015 Sonato to this dealership back in December for a SLIGHT tire issue. The dealership had the car in the shop for roughly 3 weeks to I had taken my 2015 Sonato to this dealership back in December for a SLIGHT tire issue. The dealership had the car in the shop for roughly 3 weeks to 3 1/2 weeks. When I got the car back, there was a problem with the manual steering due to someone incorrectly fixing the car. When it was returned to me again it was discovered while my daughter was driving on the HIGHWAY that yet again someone incorrectly fixed the car and caused half the brakes to stop working. The brakes were so shot that someone had to come pick the car up because it was unsafe to drive. I was then directly lied to by the dealership as to why the brakes were the way they were. During these visits, I was asked to pay for multiple services (ex: tire alignment for $90) even though the attempted to charge me due to the mistakes of this dealership. These issues could have been looked over had they not conpletely messed up the brakes, could have caused an incredible amount of damage (ex: a DEATH) and then lied about it. I am not sure who did the actual so I am not able to select which employees. However, they need different jobs. More
