Billy was superb in taking us through all the features and setting everything up for us to get on the road. He spent all the time necessary to answer questions and insure our satisfaction. One suggestion: It would be helpful to have a printed detailed description of all the extended warranty options prior to being confronted with the need to make a decision. Bottom line: we are very pleased with the dealership and with our choice. More

Unfortunately, my experience with Angela was not one I want to remember but will because of the taste they left in my mouth when I sold my 08 charger to them for a trade in and they valued it dead low and then sold me a 00" camry with exhaust problems and tire problems that apparently passed their "150 point inspection". I'm not gonna go back because that was my pride and joy and it was in good condition and for them to sell me something I have to now fix out of pocket leaves me that bad taste in my mouth. I understand a dealership has to make money but they screwed me and that sales consultant did not see both ends of the desk like Billy would. I wish I would of got the name of the guy in the office giving Angela the green light to shoot me a terrible quote on my vehicle and such a terrible trade that they made sound like the best trade in the world. Terrible just terrible. More

Nothing But Problems with 2014 Elantra The first three years and 50000 miles- our car was great. At around 64000 miles, during a routine oil change we noted a weird noise and were told the The first three years and 50000 miles- our car was great. At around 64000 miles, during a routine oil change we noted a weird noise and were told the engine was shot. We were told we couldn't drive it and were given a rental. It took well over a month for the new engine to come. Thank goodness for the 100000 mile power train warranty. At our next oil change, the service department noted an oil leak. We had a family vacation planned, and as this is currently our only vehicle, we were again grateful for a rental. Turns out the oil pan on the new engine was defective. SHEESH. When the car was returned to us, we quickly noted another noise. When we opened our trunk we found the liner was disassembled with nuts and bolts just lying there. Took it back and we were told the interior is so rusted they can't reattach the unit. WHAT? They ended up zip-tying it. No Lie! This is a car that is parked inside daily. How can the inside of the trunk frame be that bad? We are now looking for not only one new vehicle but two. And probably not a Hyundai. More
