Bad taste. Unfortunately this is had to do with confusion of evaluation. The budget cars that are under $2,000.00 cars are just for basic transportation. You were offered a test drive and evaluation and you refused. After reviewing your transaction the trade in you had given was rated below safety standards and was consequently scrapped.
