I contacted the sales department first in the morning about getting pricing on a new $50k vehicle before I traveled 5 hours to test drive it. I was told by a sales assistant that they would put together about getting pricing on a new $50k vehicle before I traveled 5 hours to test drive it. I was told by a sales assistant that they would put together the detailed pricing and send it to me. I contacted them 4 times over 8 hours and was always told that the sales department was working on the pricing. I tried calling the sales manager and was told he would get back to me in a couple of days. terrible customer service. I was even told by one sales assistant that walk in customers take priority over phone or online customers. More

Staff is always friendly and welcoming enough. Sitting area is a bit of a mess with every seat stained and the carpet is just as bad. Several flies swarming around the seating area.
