I went to finance my leased vehicle (lease is up in Jan. And I felt that the sales person was not trying to advocate or help me, and I felt the finance manager also didn’t care they just wanted the sale. While I understand my credit is not great and I understand they have to make money, I felt 0 compassion nor did I feel any partnership it what was best for me and my family. I left angry, frustrated and still up in the air about what to do with my lease when the term ends. Horrible mechanics Had work done recently and they forgot to put the underbody panel back. They just left it in my truck. Told the mechanics something was wrong with my car and they said it was fin forgot to put the underbody panel back. They just left it in my truck.
