My car was improperly taken care of and diagnose inaccurately. The Rod guy was very dismissive and uncaring. My car still had hanging pieces pertruding from the exterior. Then I was still charged diagnostic fee when the diagnose is inaccurate. Bad vibe and very very bad business. I wonder did he treat me that way because I’m a woman. More

Great service, but pricey Car went in for normal oil change which was done quickly. The price however was more than double what I paid last time it was serviced last year. Whil Car went in for normal oil change which was done quickly. The price however was more than double what I paid last time it was serviced last year. While I understand price increases, this seemed excessive and really a bit of gouging with added on services that probably were not needed on a car with less than 4K miles since last service. More

Impressed with the tech I brought my Entourage in for a recall repair and oil change. When I picked up my car, there was a loud rattle caused by the fan. I returned to the se I brought my Entourage in for a recall repair and oil change. When I picked up my car, there was a loud rattle caused by the fan. I returned to the service dept. and a tech immediately recognized the cause and removed pieces of acorns from the blower fan behind the glove box. I was impressed. More
