I took my car in because of a recall issue. I was advised there was nothing wrong with the car and nothing was explained. Parts department was very pushy and threw an attitude when they clearly did not mention certain statements, when I brought more business. called in to talk about a problem I was having with 2011 sonata steering. The steeing wa feeling sloppy where when turning from left to right or right to left the steering wheel had slack in it and the stee sonata steering. The steeing wa feeling sloppy where when turning from left to right or right to left the steering wheel had slack in it and the steering wheel did not start moving the actual wheels right away I was told that there was a recall on my problem but there was not a safety problem . Managed to fit me in the following week. They [rovided me with a ride to my house and a pickup when the car was fixed. I m very happy with Elhart service. and with Hyundai. More
