In early November, I had two sensors replaced. I was told the job would take a few hours, but it ended up taking two weeks. Just four days after getting my car back, it was back in the shop again, I was told the job would take a few hours, but it ended up taking two weeks. Just four days after getting my car back, it was back in the shop again, this time for a timing chain problem. Why this issue wasn’t detected the first time is beyond me. This lack of proactivity from the shop has cost me significantly. Had I known about the timing chain issue earlier, I would have explored other options. More
I recently had service done on my 2018 Honda Accord that was quite pricey. 1 week later I returned for another issue regarding my tire that was completely taken care of because I purchased a tire protection was quite pricey. 1 week later I returned for another issue regarding my tire that was completely taken care of because I purchased a tire protection plan when purchasing the vehicle at end of lease. I remembered at that time that the protection plan I had purchased also included other coverage. I inquired with my Service Advisor. I was told that the Service Advisor that took care of me when I had issues with a tie/rod would be handling the call to AUL Service Protection and he would be calling me back. Never got the phone call. Eventually I called Honda, unhappy with both Service Advisors I decided to get a hold of the General Manager. Within 24hrs my issue was resolved. That is great Customer Service ! My husband and I will continue to go to Ziegler for our vehicle needs. Thank you to Matt G.M. at Zeigler as well as both Service Advisors Prince and Tim. More

Was not happy with the scare tactic of service rep contacting my wife saying there was a leak in a hose to the radiator to tune of $400 to fix when in fact there was no leak at all.
