I am usually very satisfied with the car and quality of service my car receives at Zeigler but this visit I was left unsatisfied. Requested an oil change but received oil change AND tire rotation which I did not request. Was charged for it. Had a 7:30 appt but at 9:30 I checked to see if my vehicle would be ready soon.
