They have proven to be decent, professional and have earned my trust. This is important to me as I was treated poorly when I purchased the car originally and follow ups afterwards until I switched to Bo earned my trust. I've had work done at Kenosha Honda and Waukesha Honda who were also decent. But I recommend Zeigler Honda to strangers I meet and chat briefly with. I have been asked where I go for service for my Honda. I found it recently that sometimes Zeigler Honda works on other vehicles as well. Although I don't know to what extent you work on other makes and models so not sure if I can recommend since I don't know to what extent you service them. I also recently found out that you also do transmission work. That's also good to know as I had my car towed home then to Milwaukee the next day when both calipers in the front blew sorta seizing the car up. Which seemed to be a freak occurrence considering I just had caliper replacement done on passenger front shortly before. That's why I figured it was my transmission and had it towed elsewhere. I grew up knowing that car dealerships didn't work on transmissions so you could only take them to a specific transmission specialty shop. I am not familiar with the other pictured employees in this survey; however, I am treated very well (5 stars) by all the employees I have encountered at Zeigler. More
