I usually work with Prince. I hadn't worked with this service technician before, and I'm embarrassed not to know his name. I went in to have the AC fixed and a light on my drive-shift. They told me my front bushings needed to be replaced and I said okay. This turned into a 2 day job and would have been a 3 day or more i drive-shift. They told me my front bushings needed to be replaced and I said okay. This turned into a 2 day job and would have been a 3 day or more if I hadn't decided to check on the status of the car due to needing to go to a doctor's appointment the next day. There was only 1 phone call to update me on the car and that was the 1st day when they also wanted to replace the bushings. So in all 1 phone call, bill increased by $1000 and had to ask for a ride to and from dealership.....let the people reading decide on the level of service More
