Clean, quick, and courteous service I took my 2016 Fit to Racine Honda for an oil change. I asked if it needed anything else and the service writer suggested a tire rotation, which was I took my 2016 Fit to Racine Honda for an oil change. I asked if it needed anything else and the service writer suggested a tire rotation, which was done last time as well, but he stated that it should be done every 5,000 miles. He mentioned that with my mileage, it may need some ventilation filters. They were brought to me to show how full they were and I approved changing them as well. I am sorry that I did not get the name of the service writer, but he helped me with tire pressure and touch up paint today. Thank you! More

Horrible Customer Service I will never return to have my Honda serviced here again. I had a bad experience last year, but thought I would give it a second chance for an oil cha I will never return to have my Honda serviced here again. I had a bad experience last year, but thought I would give it a second chance for an oil change. (usually goto Kenosha) When I made my appointment I specifically request ONLY an oil change. I was told my 2 yr old car needed tire rotations and other updates. I stated again ONLY an oil change. I informed them my 16 yr old son would be bringing the car in. My son came home with a bill for $266.34. When I called to express my frustrations, they said my son approved an A1 oil change. I told my son when I made the appointment I was crystal clear with the service man on the phone about what I wanted done. He approved what he thought I had requested. So apparently when you say NO tire rotation only an oil change, it means ignore the note next to your computer that says "son bringing in car ONLY AN OIL CHANGE, NO TIRE ROTATION" and ask a young man to approve a bunch of services. More

Disappointed When I took my car for an oil change they wrecked something on it and had to get a replacement part. Diagnostic with an Optimist I called and got an appointment same day. That was a great surprise. Also after asking how long, I was offered a shuttle. I brought my 2012 Civic in b I called and got an appointment same day. That was a great surprise. Also after asking how long, I was offered a shuttle. I brought my 2012 Civic in because I had been experiencing a lurch when shifting, followed by a emissions light on the dash. When I dropped it off I joked with the service check in that I hoped it was only a fluid problem. He said, "Wouldn't that be neat?". I laughed and pointed out his lack of optimism. He arranged for me to have a shuttle home so I didn't have to wait onsite. The shuttle driver was a friendly guy who was easy to talk to and he had Tom Petty on the radio. Plus, he was a good driver and navigated all the construction with ease. Win, win. Later the garage called and said it was a sensor that was clogged! Hurray! He explained he took it out and cleaned it and reinstalled it. I let him know I couldn't pick it up until 4pm, and he said that was fine not to worry about it, they were open until 7pm. I picked up my CLEAN fixed car later that evening and they only charged me for the diagnostic and a minor change for the work. Hurray, hurray! All around great experience dealing with all these guys. More
