Failure to service Car was failing to start immediately; called for check up! They replaced battery and checked nothing else. Car still refuses to start on first try! Definitely my go to Dealership I bring my fit here for any services that I need because the staff is great and the prices are the best around. We had to bring in my wife's Civic for I bring my fit here for any services that I need because the staff is great and the prices are the best around. We had to bring in my wife's Civic for some issues it was having, and Cindy in the Service Department took care of everything for us. As we bought the civic from a different dealership and had a warranty, I was figuring that this experience to get whatever issues taken care of would be like pulling teeth, but it was quite the opposite. We dropped the car off on the Friday after Thanksgiving, and they had it fixed and ready to be picked up by the next Saturday. I was simply astonished that they were able to get it diagnosed and fixed in one day when we didn't have an appointment right after Thanksgiving. More

Quick check in. Told them upfront I did not want anything but the oil change and rotation. Took 2 hours for that! I was the only car I saw come in during that time. They came out to suggest new tires, battery, air filter, etc approx $1000 of add ons. I had already told them I didn't need that. I got so frazzled by the high pressure sales tactic and the long wait that i forgot to ask about the wipers. Sure enough despite the though and exhaustive inspection the wipers were still shot. Probably a good thing because the consistent overpricing would have had me pay $100 dollars for them. Terrible. Never going to Racine Honda again. More
