Battery replacement Last minute on a Saturday and Cindy Lambert was able to get my Civic in for a battery test. The battery had charged all night and wouldn't start. I called and asked if they could test for me and they were able to get it in. Testing identified the battery was bad they put a new one in for me. I was happy for them to just get it in to test and they went the extra and changed the battery. Thank you. More

Not good. I had to return to the dealership two times to have a recall issue addressed. First time to address an alignment issue with my glove box and the 2nd t I had to return to the dealership two times to have a recall issue addressed.
