Extremely disappointed Routine maintenance on pilot. Paid almost $900. Technician left greasy handprints on hood. I presented a coupon mailed to me by Honda with assurance Routine maintenance on pilot. Paid almost $900. Technician left greasy handprints on hood. I presented a coupon mailed to me by Honda with assurance that it would be applied as well as commitment that she would search for additional coupon; no coupons were applied. The impression received was that when I did not authorize the almost $2000 in repairs; service associate no longer had time for me. As a long time repeat customer, I am thoroughly disappointed and will be seeking service elsewhere. More

Unhappy I dropped my car off for a traction control light on my dashboard after auto body repair from an encounter with a deer. I left it there for 2 days. I I dropped my car off for a traction control light on my dashboard after auto body repair from an encounter with a deer. I left it there for 2 days. I was scared into leaving it there over the weekend and I finally had to ask what it would cost to get my car back. I was told 79 dollars and I didn’t get any answers. When I did get it back after the 79 dollars the radio didn’t work and I had to call the auto body shop to find out how to get my radio to work. The service manager at the Honda dealership was rude and I feel he tried to scare me into leaving it there playing on me being a single parent. The service manager said that my car was dangerous and I should not drive my children around in it. He said they needed 440 dollars before he could even start guessing at what could be the issue with the light. I since have taken my car to a different dealership and they were able to correctly diagnose the light in just one hour. I didn’t need any new parts for the vehicle. The traction control light became active after my car battery was disconnected for the auto body work. More
