Tire light was on My tire light came on and I reset the sensor. It came on again the next day on my way to work. The service department fixed it in about 10 minutes. Waiting room I think you should have some newspapers in waiting room. Also, a quiet area away from the noisy tv. Maybe a hot chocolate machine? Popcorn nice idea. Where was Chuck in service dept? Took almost 2 hours for a simple oil change Had an appointment still took 2 hours, salesperson WAY to pushy to trade for new vehicle. Told hin NO several times. Terrible experience.
