Unhappy I dropped my car off for a traction control light on my dashboard after auto body repair from an encounter with a deer. I left it there for 2 days. I was scared into leaving it there over the weekend and I finally had to ask what it would cost to get my car back. I was told 79 dollars and I didn’t get any answers. When I did get it back after the 79 dollars the radio didn’t work and I had to call the auto body shop to find out how to get my radio to work. The service manager at the Honda dealership was rude and I feel he tried to scare me into leaving it there playing on me being a single parent. The service manager said that my car was dangerous and I should not drive my children around in it. He said they needed 440 dollars before he could even start guessing at what could be the issue with the light. I since have taken my car to a different dealership and they were able to correctly diagnose the light in just one hour. I didn’t need any new parts for the vehicle. The traction control light became active after my car battery was disconnected for the auto body work. More

1/2 hr to take my flat to be fixed. I even had it off my ca I did not have a good experience with the man who came to my car to ask what was wrong. He was very cocky. Not take it off I had done that not put it on I was going to do that. Just to fix the hole. Then I was going to be charged $30 it was my husband who asked don’t u do it for free? We just bought 4 tires a month ago there. The man never even asked us. Just was going to charge us I usually go to Honda City now I remember why. They are always kind and very helpful! You are not. Frustrated First I have a suggestion regarding a previous service I had on 9-15-18 where I had a recall on a wifi connection. I think it would be a really good c First I have a suggestion regarding a previous service I had on 9-15-18 where I had a recall on a wifi connection. I think it would be a really good common courtesy to let a customer know they are going to lose all of their saved radio stations and pictures saved when this service is going to be completed. It is very frustrating to get into the car after the service and find you have no saved radio stations or pictures and you have to start over. I could have noted which stations I had saved and in what order as it is a pain in the butt on this van to set them up! Regarding my most recent service I was told it was going to take 1 1/2 hours and I was going to be provided a loaner car. I was supposed to have 2 new wiper arms installed. I rearranged my Saturday for this service. I brought the car in and the service guy came out to where I drove in to replace the arms. The service adviser said it would only take 5 minutes. Why in the world was i told 1 1/2 hours when I scheduled the appt. Then they only replaced one arm. I told her they were both bad and they were supposed to replace both front arms. She said she would talk to someone on Monday about it and they would call me back. On Thursday I still had not heard back from anyone so I called to see if the other arm had been ordered and find out why someone hadn't gotten back to me yet. The person I talked to insisted I didn't need a new arm I only needed a new blade. I had already made 3 trips to your service center regarding this issue and 2 different people agreed it needed new arms. I had already replaced the blades with new Honda blades which didn't make a difference. Then Brian wanted me to come in that night to look at the wiper and try to figure out what was wrong. Again, I didn't need to waste my time coming back in for a 4th time with this wiper. I needed another arm ordered and installed. I believe the arm has been ordered, at least I was told it was so I will hopefully be getting a call soon to have it replaced. Oh, and it would have been good customer service to apologize for no one getting back to me from Saturday to Thursday. I would assume no one would have ever gotten back to me had I not called. My car wouldn't start. I called the Honda service dept. on Sat. AM to let them know my car was left at work the night before because it wouldn't start. They directed me to a towing company to have it brought in, (they even took the time to look up the phone number for me). I took the keys to them and explained I needed the car because I was on call all weekend. They said they would do their best. An hour later my car was fixed and I had it back. Now that is exceptional service!!! More
Finally found a dealership that listened to me!!! Have had a problem with my 2014 Honda CR-V making a grinding noise every time it cold starts. This has been going on since shortly after I bought the car. I took it back to the original dealer more than 5 times in the past four years for the problem and got a litany of excuses why they couldn’t fix it. I took it to Racine Honda for the first time, and they fixed it immediately!!! Cross my fingers it hasn’t happened again since. Manager was very pleasant, listened to what I was explaining and the problems I’ve had in the past having it serviced and without questioning me fixed the problem. Even though it’s slightly out of my way, I will definitely be going there in the future for all my service needs. More
