Great Service I just had my first oil change and tire rotation after purchasing my vehicle in August. The staff were very friendly. Quick fix! I went in due to low tire pressure. In a timely manner, they found the problem, noted it was under warranty, and fixed it in under an hour. I didn't I went in due to low tire pressure. Horrible experience with the service dept We brought my Honda Pilot in and it took over a week to figure out the problem. Kept getting “we will call you” and never did. Almost every time I called in I spoke with CJ, who was consistently rude and never called me back, I had to track her down. Finally worked with Zack who seemed decent. Amis in finance was the best, however, couldn’t do a whole lot as it wasn’t his department. Finally got to pick my car up today and they left me with 7 miles until empty in gas... I barely made it to the gas station down the block. We have purchased two cars from Racine Honda. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them again. More
