Outstanding I have always been the type of person who walks into a car dealership in compete defense mode. I can honestly say I have never been able to describe a I have always been the type of person who walks into a car dealership in compete defense mode. I can honestly say I have never been able to describe any of my experiences as anything better than “alright.” Usually you’re pleased with that when buying a car because you’re being sold so many things, for so long, and it’s just an exhausting experience.... however, I have to say that this was NOT the case here at Racine Honda... I had such a great experience at this dealership. I was greeted right away by Nate. He was amazing throughout the entire process and surprisingly human as well... I was actually puzzled by this because he was such a normal guy... who happened to sell cars, rather than the blood sucking salesmen I have always encountered in the past... who knew?! Truthfully, he went above and beyond. He was so polite about everything and very attentive to all I had to say. If I hinted I was interested/didn’t like something, he would present options or alternatives... For example, he arranged for me to get a new google play screen installed in my car because I was not fond of the other. The appointment was set and quoted before I left and I had it in my car less than two days later. When presenting the deal he was great. There was no pressure at all. I was really happy with this... and I was able to chose exactly what I wanted with no added stress. He also helped me get my car back to enterprise when everything was said and done. I would recommend him to everyone because he’s great at his job and wonderful to deal with. As for the rest of the staff, they were great too. I spent some time talking with another salesman (Nestor) and he was also very kind... The GM, Dan, was very energetic and welcoming. He was very engaged in everything that was happening. I could tell he really cares about his location and the customers that walk through the doors... The financing process was also nice. I had a really good experience with Musoa. He was respectful when presenting me with warranties and packages, and when I declined, he left it alone. He was not a bee at a picnic like most of the finance people usually are. Which is just irritating for me. My experience was exceptional. I really don’t have any complaints. I got a wonderful deal, on a fantastic car, and I couldn’t be happier. I left unpressured and completely satisifed. I would highly recommend Nate and Racine Honda for any car purchase. More

Best Place to Buy a Car! I bought my first car here and the people working made it an amazing experience. They went above and beyond! It was very cold outside, so the manager, I bought my first car here and the people working made it an amazing experience. They went above and beyond! It was very cold outside, so the manager, Mousa, pulled the cars I was interested in inside for me so I could take my time comfortably. He broke down all of the information for me and was extremely patient with all of my questions. He made sure I chose the right car for me. Nate then went over every detail about the car with me so I knew how to work every single thing so I could feel comfortable before driving off the lot. He answered questions I didn't even know I had. Everyone was very informative and professional. Nate also took the car to fill it with gas and clean the interior and exterior while I was signing forms. They were very attentive and respectful to my wants and needs, and found me the perfect car! I won't be needing a new car for a while now, but when I do I'll be sure to go back! More
