'Positive' overall experience... but read on. Purchased a very nice, clean Ram 1500 recently... and overall, I am happy with the vehicle. I got a decent trade offer on my vehicle, and worked in a full detail which was done earlier this week. Although, a full wax and buff was supposed to be included... I do not believe it was done. I can tell when a vehicle has been waxed (should feel like silk) and this does not. Not happy about that. Had a great experience with the salesman, as he answered all my questions... was very polite, no issues there. Sales manager also very courteous The buying process was rather easy, but when it came to dealing with finance... we did not care for the amount of pressure that was applied to us, not only to purchase and extended warranty (thru Racine Honda) but also to purchase 'extras' for the vehicle (i.e. bed liner, cap, running boards, etc.). I get that they are told to offer these, but after us kindly replying with a 'No Thanks'... they didn't leave it alone. We were asked about the extended warranty at least 3 more times. This sort of thing gives dealerships a bad name. Don't people understand what 'No' means anymore?!? So, if you want a pleasant buying experience... I would recommend Racine Honda, but be aware of the pressure to buy extra items after the purchase agreement is worked out. Hope this helps others out there. Take care. More

Unequaled Experience by Unparalleled People I had been car shopping since the beginning of the year and had visited/called at lot of dealerships in that time and had left a lot of dealership in I had been car shopping since the beginning of the year and had visited/called at lot of dealerships in that time and had left a lot of dealership in that time. While some were just average and some were TERRIBLE, Racine Honda (RH) was unparalleled in customer service and selection. Of course what gets someone on the lot is a great car, but what will keep them on the lot is a great salesman and great team. James was excellent to work with and although we didn't come to agreement immediately, his conversation and responses were candid and light. I was obviously there to buy a car, but I didn't feel pressured to take a vehicle or price I didn't want. Furthermore, there was a sense the team at RH didn't just want my money alone, but they wanted my business as a customer. I know that may sound redundant or superfluous, but I guarantee you will know the difference when you meet a dealer who is the former alone. For that reason, I was sold on the car, sold on the dealer, and finally driving off the lot (in the good way). For those still in their car shopping journey, I implore you to give Racine Honda a visit and hopefully yours will end as great as mine! More
