Friendly and helpful Staff! We had an excellent experience at Racine Honda. It started with our salesman, Kevin Daugherty. We contacted him to let him know what we were looking f We had an excellent experience at Racine Honda. It started with our salesman, Kevin Daugherty. We contacted him to let him know what we were looking for. Within the day, he had already sent links to vehicles for us to look at. When we arrived at Honda, Kevin greeted us with a smile and was ready to show us vehicles. He was knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. We bought a used vehicle that had a couple knicks and he went above and beyond and provided us with touch-up paint. Thank you, Kevin, for all your help with buying our Honda! We will definitely recommend him to all our friends and family who are looking to buy new or used vehicles! Expert customer care After spending a great deal of time searching for a particular type and condition of vehicle, my wife and I happened to land at Racine Honda and talke After spending a great deal of time searching for a particular type and condition of vehicle, my wife and I happened to land at Racine Honda and talked with Kevin Daugherty, although at that point in time he didn't have what we were looking for he assured us that he would do everything he could to find us what we wanted. After a couple months of due diligence on his part, he contacted me to ask us to come back in for a test drive. It was exactly what we wanted and he made the transaction as quick and hassle free as possible. Something I truly appreciate due to my work schedule keeping me away from home a great deal of the time. He's truly an asset to the organization that is Racine Honda. Amazing experience I went into the Racine Honda and spoke with Kevin. With this being my 3rd car buying experience, hands down Kevin and his team are the most profession I went into the Racine Honda and spoke with Kevin. With this being my 3rd car buying experience, hands down Kevin and his team are the most professional dealership I’ve ever went too. Kevin was so honest and told me in detail everything he was doing so i wasn’t confused at all. i was in a VERY complicated situation with my old car and out of all the dealerships that i went into told me it wasn’t possible getting me into a different car and that i should stop trying and just stick it out with my crappy old car.. KEVIN got me into a brand new 2018 Honda Civic! I couldn’t be more in love with this car. I’m so thankful Kevin, Dan, Mousa, and Dogan worked together very professionally to make their customers happy. 110% recommend. More
