Repeat customer The sales staff is attentive and helpful, and the salesman who has handled our last two leases is a good guy who's easy to talk to and doesn't do that The sales staff is attentive and helpful, and the salesman who has handled our last two leases is a good guy who's easy to talk to and doesn't do that hard-sell stuff that one often finds at car dealers. The finance guy was really busy so things took a while, but once we got in he was quick, efficient, and personable. The general manager also stopped by to thank us for taking such good care of the lease car we were turning in. I get that everything the staff does is meant to massage customer relations, but I thought that gesture was unusually nice. More
