Took GREAT care of me! I had to bring my Pilot in because I had multiple warning lights on the dash. Upon initial review it was determined that I needed a new catalytic con I had to bring my Pilot in because I had multiple warning lights on the dash. Upon initial review it was determined that I needed a new catalytic converter, but they were unable to determine what was causing the other error code. Once the part arrived, I brought my Pilot back in and they determined the fuel injectors were bad. Everything was covered under warranty, and I had no issues. I also had a coupon for a free mini detail. My car looked AMAZING when I got it back. Being a single mom with 2 s children you can imagine what my car looked like before. They went over and above expectations to get my car fixed and beautifully clean for me! Thank you SO much! More
Outstanding Customer Service Over the years I have dealt with some good and some poor dealerships. This is one of the great dealerships in the area. First, they had the Toyota Sie Over the years I have dealt with some good and some poor dealerships. This is one of the great dealerships in the area. First, they had the Toyota Sienna I found on their web page available for a test drive. Many dealerships post a picture of a great deal but that all there is, a picture. Not at Racine Honda, they had the vehicle and sent an email letting me know it was still available. The 2016 Sienna was in immaculate shape. Inside and out, this van was very clean. The engine compartment looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. This tells me the service department is on top of their game. Eduardo was my sales person. He listened to what I needed and had the van ready for a test drive within minutes of arriving. He did not use high pressure sales techniques, he just answered my questions and let me drive. Eduardo was personable, professional and efficient. Next, I had a 2013 Ford F150 that I traded in. I was given a very fair deal on my trade in. The manager took into consideration the maintenance and improvements I had done to the truck. I found the manager to be very professional. Olivia walked me through the financial paperwork and was pleasant and efficient. It was by far the best experience I had with the financial side of a vehicle sale! Finally, the entire experience took less than 3 hours. Everyone at Racine Honda works as a team. They care about their customers and will bend over backwards to get what you need. Roof rack installing details neglected This dealer was attempting to provide adjustable roofracks, since the Honda racks that were sold when I bought the vehicle two months ago - were not. This dealer was attempting to provide adjustable roofracks, since the Honda racks that were sold when I bought the vehicle two months ago - were not. Although, they had to purchase non-Honda racks to install, the details of the installation (measurements) were terrible.. The racks were out of alignment by over three (3) inches - and out of parallel by nearly two (2) inches. More
