Because I marked each tire prior to bringing the vehicle in, it was easy for me to know. They rotated the tires and gave me a coupon for my next visit. That coupon can hardly replace the trust that was lost. More

My dream car and dream experience!! James at Racine Honda was amazing! I worked with a Educators Credit Union Auto and Lease for my financing, and the process was seamless! From processing the return of my previous Honda lease to the delivery of my new Honda CRV! The CRV is a wonderful vehicle, literally the car of my dreams. The EX trim level comes with all of the honda safety feautures, push button start, sunroof, remote start and a wonderful display. James made sure to go over all the feautures of the car with me and made sure my transition from Civic to the CRV went well. He even delivered my new vehicle to the credit union. It was AWESOME! I look forward to many more years in my wonderful new vehicle! More

Very accommodating and professional staff Drop off was quick and easy, the problem was diagnosed and appears to have been fixed. I did take off 1 star for some cosmetic damage to my steering w Drop off was quick and easy, the problem was diagnosed and appears to have been fixed. I did take off 1 star for some cosmetic damage to my steering wheel, but my service rep Zack was quick to order a new one so it could be replaced free of charge. I will submit another review after that replacement occurs. Update: Steering wheel was replaced free of charge and in a timely manner, overall I've been extremely happy with Racine Honda. More
