He was very knowledgable about the ridgeline and all of its buttons and the infotainment screen. He helped me set up my cell phone to the vehicle and also to set up other systems. He spent a lot of time with me that day. I've had other salespeople in the past who knew very little about the products they were trying sell, all they wanted you to do is go in and sign a contract. So I give Jesse 5 stars for the amount of time he spent with me and explaining all the features about the ridgeline. I ended up with a fantastic machine. More

Diagnostic with an Optimist I called and got an appointment same day. That was a great surprise. Also after asking how long, I was offered a shuttle. I brought my 2012 Civic in b I called and got an appointment same day. That was a great surprise. Also after asking how long, I was offered a shuttle. I brought my 2012 Civic in because I had been experiencing a lurch when shifting, followed by a emissions light on the dash. When I dropped it off I joked with the service check in that I hoped it was only a fluid problem. He said, "Wouldn't that be neat?". I laughed and pointed out his lack of optimism. He arranged for me to have a shuttle home so I didn't have to wait onsite. The shuttle driver was a friendly guy who was easy to talk to and he had Tom Petty on the radio. Plus, he was a good driver and navigated all the construction with ease. Win, win. Later the garage called and said it was a sensor that was clogged! Hurray! He explained he took it out and cleaned it and reinstalled it. I let him know I couldn't pick it up until 4pm, and he said that was fine not to worry about it, they were open until 7pm. I picked up my CLEAN fixed car later that evening and they only charged me for the diagnostic and a minor change for the work. Hurray, hurray! All around great experience dealing with all these guys. More
